How our services to you and charges work

You can choose between services provided by email, phone or face-to face. Email is the fastest and most efficient method. Please send some background information about the document/s you would like to have written, checked or edited, together with your name, address, company (if applicable) and contact telephone number. Charges vary according to the kind of service you opt for and the length of time it will take.

If you need to discuss something you would like to write or have written, it may be easier to do this over the phone, especially if you feel it is complicated and difficult to explain in an email. Please supply a landline we can contact you on, or alternatively you can call us from your mobile phone, if that is more convenient. However, please make your initial contact by email for the fastest response.

Sometimes face-to-face is best for involved or even emotional matters that need to be dealt with in writing. You may have a number of written documents that need to be replied to or consulted if, for example, you have had a change in circumstances or you have an entire project. For tuition and coaching, for example, rehearsing a speech or presentation, this would be the recommended option. Taking photographs would also be included in this section.
